Victory Outreach Church of Temecula Valley was established on November 1, 2020. In the midst of a world-wide pandemic, there was an urgency to bring hope and the gospel message to the Temcula Valley area. The church started in a home and now meets in a building. 

We are passionate about prayer, the word, fasting, generosity and discipleship for the entire family. We are honored to serve the community and are believing for a fresh move of God.
